Carlton Franklin Designs accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Carlton Franklin Designs promises our customers that the Shortti is made to order, custom, handmade, and 100% silk. Items must be returned in their unused/unopened original packaging.
Carlton Franklin Designs does not accept returns on opened goods. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and Carlton Franklin Designs original shipping expense will not be refunded.
We recommend sending your return with Signature Confirmation and a copy of your receipt to ensure that we receive your return. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking information.
While Carlton Franklin Designs staff strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control, occasionally there may be an error with an order. Please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment to notify us of any issues or damages with your order.
You will be emailed a Prepaid Return Shipping label. Once we can confirm your return is in transit back, your return/exchange will be shipped to you at Carlton Franklin Designs expense. Returns are not issued on damaged goods. We will be happy to resend your order to you.
If your package shows delivered and you still haven't received it. Please contact your local post office to check the GPS status of your package. If you have not received your order within 3 days of the USPS showing it delivered, please file a claim with the USPS and we will happily refund you once you email us your claim information.
